FAQ

Common questions

What file formats do you accept?

We work with JPEG, PNG, TIFF and PSD files, and can usually open common RAW formats. If you are unsure, ask us before sending.

How do I send my photos?

Use the contact form to tell us about your project and include a link to your files (for example from Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer).

How long does an order take?

Turnaround depends on the number of images and the type of editing. We confirm the delivery time in your quote before you commit.

Can I ask for changes after delivery?

Yes. If an image needs adjusting, send us your notes and we will revise it.

How is pricing calculated?

Prices start from the per-image rates shown on our Pricing page. The final price depends on the complexity of each image, and you always get a quote first.

Can you handle large batches?

Yes. Send us a sample of your images and a rough volume, and we will propose a price and schedule for the whole batch.

Ready to improve your photos?

Tell us what you need and we will send a clear quote, with no obligation.
